1. Wrong Size? / المقاس غير مناسب؟

  • English: If the item does not fit, we are happy to exchange it for the correct size. Please note that the customer pays the delivery fee ($3) for the exchange.

  • Arabic: إذا كان المقاس غير مناسب، يسعدنا استبداله لكِ بالمقاس الصحيح. يرجى العلم أن الزبونة تتحمل رسوم التوصيل (٣$) لعملية الاستبدال.

2. Color Differences / اختلاف درجة اللون

  • English: We do not accept returns if the color is not a 100% match to the photo. Lighting and screen displays vary from device to device.

  • Arabic: لا نقبل الاسترجاع إذا كان اللون لا يطابق الصورة بنسبة ١٠٠٪. إضاءة الشاشات تختلف من جهاز لآخر وقد تظهر اللون بشكل مختلف قليلاً.

3. Product Defect or Our Mistake / عيب في المنتج أو خطأ منا

  • English: If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, we will exchange it immediately for FREE. We cover all delivery charges.

  • Arabic: إذا وصلكِ منتج فيه عيب أو أرسلنا لكِ منتجاً خاطئاً، سنقوم باستبداله فوراً مجاناً. نحن نتحمل كامل تكاليف التوصيل في هذه الحالة.
